Flight Centre co-founder Geoff Harris is looking for a tenant – and neighbour – to occupy a fully refurbished cottage in one of Melbourne’s most revered streets.

The businessman and philanthropist is asking $1800 a week for 67 St Vincent Place, Albert Park, which he bought for $4.2 million in 2015 as a renovation rescue.

Greg Hocking Holdsworth’s Julia Cleary is the leasing agent.

Earlier this year, Harris’ former wife, Susan, sold a renovated five-bedroom mansion in Hawthorn’s ritzy Shakespeare Grove for a price speculated to be in excess of $11 million. This month, Susan Harris spent $7.5 million on a Noosa apartment (after spending $6.3 million in 2012 for another flat in the same complex).
