Others weren’t so lucky, however, proving that the real estate game isn’t for the faint-hearted. Here are some of the most talked about deals of the year involving high-profile Aussies.
Celebrity couple Rebecca and Chris Judd sold their renovated Mornington Peninsula weekender, but they got less than they hoped for.
The asking price for the three-bedroom home was between $2.84 million and $3 million. The model and her AFL footballer husband sold it for $2.78 million in May after listing it in March.
The couple paid $1,212,500 for the Arthurs Seat property when they bought it.
