The weather’s slowly warming up and many Canberrans are counting down the days until the annual trek to the coast for a seaside holiday.

As Canberra’s median house price continues to head north, hovering close to $600,000, a south coast sea change is a tempting idea, indeed.

Here’s what you can snap up on the NSW South Coast without spending more than Canberra’s median house price of $593,000.
