This Studio is attached to our family home and we are looking for:

One Single Working Person. It has its own access on the ground floor. It is located walking distance to the Beach (approx. 500m) and the Tallebudgera Creek (approx. 100m), where you can enjoy swimming, fishing and beautiful walks along the creek and over to the Burleigh National Park. Enjoy the beach side suburb lifestyle or relax in your own clean and tidy Studio.

My wife and I and our two young sons (3 years & 6 years) are living in the same building. For the last 5 years we had John, an 80-year-old man stay with us on and off in our granny flat. We had a great relationship with John, and we were most of the time around in case he needed us.
