Welcome to the Lake House at Conjola where you have the best of both water world's - less than 50 metres to the water's edge of the lake and beach. This great sized four bedroom home has been recently renovated with multiple living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. The renovated chef's kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine (tenant to provide capsules). There is air-conditioning on both levels and two private decks for outdoor entertaining - everything you need for your coastal getaway.

This home is fully fenced, great for children and your dog. Baby equipment is also provided for you including a high chair and a portacot.

A beautiful coastal waterway, Lake Conjola is the perfect place for holiday adventures. Enjoy the outdoors with local fishing, kayaking, waterskiing and wakeboarding. Bring your bike and enjoy the trails weaving through Conjola National Park on the northern side of the lake. Surfers will be impressed with long rides at Green Island or hire a boat, kayak or stand-up paddleboards from the Lake Conjola Post Office Store. There are boat ramps close by and room to park your boat at the house if you bring your own.

If your looking for a bite to eat without leaving Lake Conjola head down to the Bowling Club where the drinks are icy cold and the service is warm and friendly and "Gatty's" in the bistro has delicious family meals.
