GREAT ACCOMMODATION FOR LARGE FAMILY, OR TWO FAMILIES TO SHARE

Remember those family holidays when you were children and Summer lasted forever? Experience the simple life again in a large and uncomplicated house 50metres from the protected lagoon at Candlagan Creek (ideal for children) and 100 metres from north Broulee Beach (for the bigger kids). Surf at north or South Broulee Beaches, depending on the waves, or walk alond the miles of beaches and headlands or get onto the pathway that runs the length of Broulee right at the end of the street. Wander down to the platform on the beach in the evening and watch the dolphins, or in season you might spot whales in the bay.

The house is a typical 1970's beach house, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with the kitchen and lounge and a massive north facing deck, ideal for entertaining. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, the the laundry/ second bathroom and a large second living area and a shady covered verandah. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated and all the bedrooms have full wardrobes. There are two garages as well as plenty of room to park a boat and pitch a tenat for the kids. The stairs are external, one set from the front and one from the back. The verandahs go around three sides of the house so there is always a shady or sunny spot, depending on what you need at the time.

On the way to nearby Tomakin there is a new Supermarket, take away and restaurant. Larger shopping and club facilities are at Moruya (a 10 minute drive south) or Batemans Bay (a 15 minute drive north). The Mogo Zoo is a great holiday attraction for kids (around 10 minutes west) and on the way to the old gold mining town of Mogo with its tourist shops and cafes/ restaurants. Boats can be launched from Mossy Point, just two minutes away by car.

The house is great in Summer with lots of people, but really comes into its own in Winter when all around is peaceful and the sunny verandah is heavenly.
