The main lounge area has reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort in all seasons and runs onto a large deck complete with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ.The kitchen if fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine ( BYO Nespresso compatible capsules).A modern laundry downstairs has washing machine, dryer and there is an outdoor clothes line.The main bedroom has an ensuite, Queen bed and deck access. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.On The Rocks is a short walk to Tuross Boatshed, local village shops and cafes and Main Beach ( which is patrolled during Dec/Jan school holidays). The boat ramp is also a short drive from the house.On the Rocks does not allow pets and is non-smoking.No groups or schoolies bookings accepted.What to bring: Bed linen ( including 2 sheets and pillow slips) for 1 QB, 1DB and 2 SB), all towels ( including beach, bath, bath mats, hand towels and t-towels), all toiletries and food items.
