Adding to the comfort is ceiling fans in the upstairs master bedroom and living areas, as well as a split system air-conditioning unit in the lounge room.

Take advantage of the wrap around deck where there is always a cosy spot to curl up and read a book in the winter months or sit back with friends, fire up the barbecue, and take advantage of the cool ocean breeze in the warmer months.

Upstairs you will find the kitchen, dining area and lounge room as well as the master bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with two single beds and the main bathroom with both shower and bath.
Downstairs there is a combined laundry and bathroom area with washing machine, shower, vanityand separate toilet, as well as a self-containedstudio areawith queen bed, kitchenette and full sized fridge, two arm chairs and a tv unit, and even a small two seater dining table.

The backyard then opens onto the beach reserve with a grassy track right onto the wooden access steps and onto the sand - the house is located just 93m from the high tide water mark!
Located just a five minutes drive from Woolgoolga town centre, minutes from the local golf course and around 25-30 minutes into Coffs Harbour and the airport. Alternatively if you like the feel of sand between your toes you can always walk along the beach into town past the surf club and onto the main street.
