The property is an easy, 300 metre walk to sheltered and uncrowded Lilli Pilli and Circuit beaches and cliff walks, all with beautiful ocean views. Dolphins can sometimes be seen from the headlands and the beaches.

If surfing is your thing it is a five minute drive to Surf Beach to the north, or Malua Bay to the south.

In an area zoned for environmental protection, the property nestles among majestic spotted gum trees and burrawangs, with a glimpse of the sea and cooling breezes.

The Pettit and Sevitt designed home mixes the old and the new, with a four burner gas barbeque on a full length timber deck for easy summer living. Polished timber floors, plus a modern kitchen, and conveniences continue the functional, no-fuss, easy-living theme.

Upstairs:
Living Room - a relaxed area with couches, a gas fire wood' stove plus TV, sound system and DVD player. WiFi is provided.

Dining Room - 12 seat dining table with sideboard.

Deck - filtered views of the water sparkling through the trees from Circuit Beach, outdoor table and chairs to seat four and the BBQ. A gate can be closed to keep pets on the deck.

Kitchen - all appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich press, standard utensils and crockery, and so on. There is a selection of condiments and basic ingredients so that you don't need to rush out to the shops on your arrival.

Master bedroom - large with a queen size bed, built-in robes and access to the north-facing deck.

Twin bedroom - good sized with two single beds and built-in robes.

Bathroom - shower and toilet. The cupboard next to the bathroom has some board games.

Downstairs:
Queen bedroom - large with a queen size bed and a storage area, access to the outside and clothes line.

Dormitory bedroom - large room with two singles (and two trundle beds if required), perfect for children.

Bathroom and laundry - shower, toilet and two laundry tubs, large washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board, brooms, a spare fridge and a child gate for the stairs under the bench.

To summarise - 9 Lilli Pilli Road is pet friendly with an enclosed deck, and is a short stroll to shared pet-permitted beaches (set hours in summer), making this a most desirable venue for a real family holiday by the sea. Situated 15 minutes from Batemans Bay to the north, 15 minutes from Mogo (and Mogo Zoo!) to the southeast, 30 minutes from Moruya to the south, this home is also ideally situated for the perfect south coast getaway.
