Terms & Conditions

1. Prices are seasonal and are subject to change.
2. All bookings are 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
3. Pets are not allowed on or inside the premises at any time.
4. An additional cleaning fee applies to all bookings (price on application).
5. Linen & towels are not provided. You will need to bring or arrange linen hire for sheets, pillow cases, bath & tea towels.
6. Occupation commences from 2.00pm on the date of arrival and vacating time is 9.30am.
7. Within 14 days of making the booking a non refundable deposit equal to 50% must be paid. The final payment for the accommodation is due no later than 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
8. All December/January bookings must be paid in full by the first week of November. An additional security bond is required which will be refunded by cheque within 30 days of your departure if the property is of satisfactory standards.
9. We do not accept credit cards. Payment must be made in advance via cheque or direct deposit into the Valla Real Estate Trust Account
