Rent2own Homes
Why choose Rent to Own
How does this work?
In a Rent2own agreement, the potential buyer has the option of seeking for their own ideal house or choose one to be built in the program. The buyer agrees to rent the property for a set amount of time, and has the choice of exercising the option to purchase the property any time before the lease expires, or the option of extending the lease.
Why Rent2own?
Our Rent2own Program is for individuals and families who do not qualify for traditional mortgage financing.
Tenants enrolled in our program have a clear strategy to becoming home owners in the near future, whilst improving and building their credit report.
Being in a Rent2own lets you experience the pride of becoming a homeowner. Also providing you the freedom to make improvements to your home, at the end of the day it is your home.
Purchase Price: Locked in purchase price! The purchase price of the home will be locked in for the duration of the program.
Rent: Locked in rent for the duration of your lease term, allowing you to take the necessary time to either repair your credit or save up more!
