This little part of the Bega Valley Shire has a unique name, Vimy Ridge its an escarpment, the ridge rises gradually on its western side, and drops more quickly on the eastern side and with some clearing views of the Bega River. The real Vimy Ridge is an escarpment in France and looks across the straights of Dover and is where the Battle of Vimy Ridge took place in World War 1. 40 acres of natural bush and wildlife. River and mountain views. Several level building sites and with that much bush around you an endless supply of timber, post and firewood. Close enough to Bega but also access roads to the coast and river from the block.
