COUNTRY: Black self mulching/grey loam types running into red loams and timbered red ridges and stoney ridges. Timbers include Myall, Leopardwood, Rosewood, Box, Wilga, Boonery & Gruie. There are significant areas of Mulga as well as Coolabah. A small area of Brigalow. A diverse native pasture base exists with main species including Mitchell and Buffel grasses, Narrow Canegrass, clovers & crowfoot.
FENCING: - Mulit-wire construction - Some newer hinge joint fencing - Electric fencing is also extensively utilised - Fenced into 14 paddocks - 30km of boundary fencing renewed in recent times - The process of upgrading the boundary fence is ongoing
