The apartments are tri-level, bright and breezy, with the Master Bedroom, ensuite and balcony on level 2, Large deck, living room, dining and kitchen on level 1 and main bathroom, laundry, bedroom 2 & 3 with courtyard on the ground floor. Undercover parking with apartment is also provided and visitor parking for extra cars. Please note prices are set for a max 3 bedroom, should you only wish to use 1 room or 2 please contact us directly for price as this will change depending on how many rooms you will need.

THERE IS A NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE APARTMENTS AND SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED
Remember to bring all linen and towels, toiletries & personal items, you can hire Linen, towels, baby porta-cot etc... through Seabreeze Linen Hire via phone or website. Ensure that If the BBQ was used that it is cleaned and covered. Many thanks.

Access to the whole apartment including single carport and 1 parking space at the end of the complex.

All properties are fully self contained; however please note that these houses/villas/units are not serviced. Any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dish washing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries or cleaning products, Mollymok Shopping Centre has a Food Works grocery shop or Ulladulla has 4 supermarkets where these items can be purchased if required. They are open seven days per week.
