FULLY FURNISHED - INTERNET, POWER AND WATER INCLUDED - NO PETS
Rooming Accommodation is fast becoming a comfortable and affordable way to have your own accommodation without the huge costs.
These properties have been renovated to turn them into 4 separate accommodations, each with their own bathroom, sleeping area, living space and kitchenette, but also a shared laundry and shared full sized kitchen as well.
Each space has its own secure lock, its own air conditioning and is fully furnished and fully self contained. Room 4 is by far the better of the rooms. The other 3 are great, but room 4 has a seperate kitchen area, a seperate full size bathroom with bath, a seperate bedroom PLUS something none of the others have, it has another room that could be used as a study or even just for storage. That room also has direct access to the large outdoor entertaing area.
These rooms do not come up often because the rent covers everything from the internet, electricity and water.
This accommodation is for individuals not couples, as there are limits council puts on occupants. It is not suited therefore for children either as council only allows one person per room. All standard Rooming Accommodation laws apply to protect your tenancy.
Rates & Lease: - $400 per week - All-inclusive: electricity, water, and internet - 4 weeks' bond upfront, as well as 2 weeks - Minimum 6-month lease commitment
The only room left in this property is Room 4. The others have already been leased out to long term tenants.
