You will have access to an allocated car space in the basement carpark. A storage cage is also available if required. Lift access is available from the carpark and cage to the apartment.

If at any time during the term of the lease the tenant(s) wishes to keep an animal or pet at the premises the tenant(s) will be required to seek the landlord's and body corporate consent.
