About Guy Randell

Guy comes to the Burgess Rawson brand with extensive experience in commercial sales, leasing and project marketing in the Canberra Region having delivered large commercial projects.

Selling property in a major city is one thing. But actually caring about how those properties are contributing to a vision for that city's future is the true mark of an agent who's in the industry for much more than just deals. And that's our managing director Guy Randell - the REIACT's 2019 & 2020 Property Project Marketer of the Year and REIACT'S 2019, 2020 & 2021 Commercial Salesperson of the Year. Guy is currently the REIA National Winner of the 2020 and 2021 Commercial Salesperson of the Year.

With more than 25 years working across both the public and private sectors, Guy is one of the Australian Capital Territory's foremost property experts and his extensive experience in commercial sales, leasing and project marketing make him the go-to for vendors and investors alike. However, it's his active involvement in precinct design, retail profiling, development master planning and occupancy fitouts to ensure they positively influence Canberra's shape that truly set him apart. Guy is engaged exclusively by developers and property owners to generate the best possible returns on their investments and sets the bar equally high for every member of our Canberra team.
