As the General Manager and Licensed Sales Agent, Kim works alongside our Director/Principal and our Director of Property Management.
Kim eats, sleeps and breathes property; and throughout her eleven years of experience, her enthusiasm has never wavered.
With our employees and customers involved in every facet of our business, Kim's top priority has always been people and building relationships. Any business' systems or processes can only work effectively if the people running them are 100 per cent committed, so Kim's goal is to consistently provide an environment that encourages our team to reach their full potential.
To do this Kim puts her focus on developing team relationships, encouraging our team to be industry leaders in providing outstanding service and embracing change - a vital step in our ever-evolving industry.
Kim naturally practices high empathy and makes this the cornerstone of her dealings with customers and teams. Buying, selling or leasing your home can be a challenging process, so she is committed to providing the right support, knowledge and tools to our clients so they are informed and equipped to comfortably make important decisions throughout their journey, and have as stress-free an experience as possible.
Outside of PRD, Kim has owned two successful small businesses and has managed a variety of other businesses. Additionally, she has been part of a consulting company specialising in the development of teams and corporate business. This experience alone allowed her to develop a keen sense of assessing needs and implementing strategies for the best business results.
Kim has also owned, bought and sold a number of investment properties, completed several renovations and is currently project managing a new build on her sheep property in NSW (she really does eat, breathe and sleep property!)
