The ratings juggernaut that is Channel Nine’s The Block is approaching its endgame, with the date set for when the row of Richmond cottages will go under the hammer.
All four properties will go to auction on August 20 — one after the other — in an invitation-only event at Fitzroy Town Hall.
Private Property has heard conflicting reports of the order in which the properties will be sold, with rumours circulating that it will be by house number or random.
If it is to be by address, first up will be Jenna and Josh’s (pictured) double-fronted, single-storey cottage at 37 Cameron Street.
Ruth Roberts of Woodards is quoting the three-bedroom residence at $900,000-$990,000.
The other three properties — all single-fronted, three-bedroom cottages with second-storey extensions, are being quoted at $800,000-$880,000.
Biggin & Scott sales director Russell Cambridge has picked up the listing for Polly and Waz’s house at 39 Cameron Street.
Sisters Katrina and Amie chose Hocking Stuart Glen Coutinho to sell 41 Cameron Street. Clayton Smith of Jellis Craig will represent Tania and Rod for 43 Cameron Street.
