Former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall have put their North Curl Curl home up for grabs.
The face of Myer bought the 694 square metre former tennis court block in the clifftop Windy Drop Down gated community for $1,375,000 in 2010, then commissioned the five-bedroom, three-bathroom house by architect Koichi Takada.
There is no price guide on offer as yet by Steve Thomas of Belle Property Manly, but another non-cliff front designer property two doors away sold in late 2012 for $3.15 million.
The three-storey house features ocean views, a heated swimming pool, home cinema and an impressive dressing room.
The couple are trading up to another Takada-designed house, which is currently under construction on nearby Pitt Road. They bought the property a year ago for $1.66 million.
Before Hawkins made the move to the northern beaches she owned a townhouse in Coogee, which she had bought in 2009 for $2.27 million and sold three years later for $2.3 million.
The BRW rich lister – ranked number 22 on the Top 50 Entertainers list – bought her first property in 2006 in the Newcastle beachside suburb of Merewether, paying $469,000 for a three-bedroom house.
She bought a second house nearby a few months later for $620,000 and in 2007 she bought a two-bedroom apartment in Bondi for $895,000.
