Clive Standish, the former UBS director who went on to become a director at Swiss investment giant Zurich, can expect to make about $7 million from the sale of 81 Clendon Road, Toorak.

Yandiah includes four bedrooms, a games room, gymnasium, sauna, cellar, pool and cabana with barbecue.

The 1254-square-metre block is big enough to accommodate a tennis court, Kay & Burton’s Michael Gibson and Sam Wilkinson tell Private Property.

Clendon Road is considered one of Toorak’s AAA-streets and accommodates two of Melbourne’s most historic mansions: Coonac, owned by Toll chief Paul Little, and Cranlana, owned by the Myer family.

Yandiah will be auctioned at noon next Saturday May 29nd.
