If you were buying a home at auction in Canberra over the weekend and your budget was less than $600,000, your options were limited.
Preliminary Domain data shows that out of the 58 scheduled auctions on Saturday, only six homes sold for less than $600,000.
With Canberra’s median house price sitting at $727,914, this statistic is unsurprising. But there is hope if you’re looking to secure your place in Canberra’s property market within that price range.
Here’s what you would have got for your money, starting with the most affordable.
