Brett Hayman arrived in Canberra in 1992 to pursue an Olympic dream - and he never left.
A talented coxswain, Brett was part of the Australian rowing team who won gold at the 1997/1998 World Championships and silver at the Sydney 2000 Olympics. While training for both world class events, Brett fell in love with Canberra - from the stunning Brindabellas in the south to the quaint village of Hall in the north.
Brett started as a real estate sales cadet in 1997 and today, 22 years on, is an absolute force in the property marketing industry in Canberra. In the past 12 months alone, Brett:
- Sold 109 properties to a combined total of $94m.
- Achieved a median house price of $864,821.
- Placed 47th on REB's List of Australia's Top 100 Agents (one of only two Canberrans to make the list).
- Was named RateMyAgent's number one sales agent for Canberra.
A natural innovator and leader, Brett launched Hayman Partners in 2018 to challenge the tired, 'cookie-cutter' approach to real estate sales in Canberra.
The discipline and focus required to become an Olympic level athlete underpin Brett's approach to marketing property today. He's a high performer with an undeniable talent for selling, and his clients sit right at the heart of every campaign he undertakes.
Brett transitions seamlessly from helping a young family find the home of their dreams to helping clients grow their investment wealth.
He's backed by an award-winning team that includes Martin Faux and Emily Antill.
