From there we start inspecting those you like and provide you with a detailed report and video of the property including a review of the building report. If there is anything questionable in the building report or discovered during the inspection, we will contact the building inspector directly to clarify any problems.

Then we can start the negotiations for a pre-auction offer, plan a strategy for auction day or begin to negotiate a private treaty sale. If possible, we recommend you inspect the home yourself to see if it has that "feel" you are looking for. If you are located interstate or overseas and unable to inspect the home yourself, you can be assured we have done all that is possible to source the home you have wished for.
